中华鳖白底板病的病原学、病理变化、致病机制及防治方法研究进展

中华鳖集约化养殖模式下病害多发以及防治手段的落后往往给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。白底板病是危害中华鳖养殖的重大疾病之一,因其病因复杂、病理变化多样、极难确诊和治疗延后常造成中华鳖大量死亡,然而国内外相关的病理研究较少,防治手段缺乏,严重阻碍了中华鳖养殖业发展。为了有效地制定疾病的防控策略,深入了解白底板病的临床症状和致病机理,笔者详细阐述了中华鳖嗜水气单胞菌败血症、出血性肠炎、出血性肠道坏死症、胃肠溃疡病、出血病、腮腺炎等疾病后期导致的白底板症状,并从病原、病理特征和流行病学、临床诊断、预防和治疗等方面进行总结,旨在为白底板病的病因和病理研究提供参考,为其诊断和防治奠定理论基础。

Abstract:

The intensive farming model in Chinese soft-shelled turtle(Pelodiscus sinensis) cultivation often causes a high prevalence of diseases and is compounded by inadequate control methods. This has resulted in significant economic losses for farmers and severely impedes the industry′s development. White abdominal disease is one of the major diseases threatening the Chinese soft-shelled turtle industry. Due to its complex etiology,diverse pathological manifestations, diagnostic challenges, and treatment delays, it frequently leads to massive mortality. However, relevant pathological research is scarce both domestically and internationally, and effective prevention measures are lacking. To develop effective disease control strategies, a comprehensive understanding of the clinical symptoms and pathogenic mechanisms of white abdominal disease is essential. This review details the symptoms of advanced white abdominal disease caused by various pathogens, including Aeromonas hydrophila septicemia, hemorrhagic enteritis, necrotizing enterocolitis, gastrointestinal ulceration, hemorrhagic disease, and mumps. It also summarizes etiology, pathology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, aiming to provide references for etiopathological studies and lay a theoretical foundation for diagnosis and control.
