温州光唇鱼肌间骨发育过程的研究

我国淡水鱼养殖主要以鲤科鱼类为主,但其肌间骨较多,导致食用与加工不便,从而制约鲤科鱼类养殖业的发展。前期研究证实:温州光唇鱼肌间骨较软,且营养价值高,备受消费者青睐。本实验以温州光唇鱼为实验对象,对仔稚鱼、一龄鱼、二龄鱼及三龄鱼肌间骨发育过程中的形态、数目和分布进行观察和统计。结果显示:温州光唇鱼在21 d开始长肌间骨;在肌间骨发育过程中,先在鱼体尾部出现髓弓小骨和脉弓小骨,再依次从尾部向前端骨化;在较为复杂的肌间骨骨化过程中,肌间骨的最初形态为“I”型,再分化为“Y”型和更复杂的形态;温州光唇鱼不同年龄(1~3龄)与不同大小规格(74.21~146.72 mm)的个体肌间骨数目没有显著差异。

Abstract:

Cyprinids are the primary species farmed in China′ s freshwater aquaculture. However, their high number of intermuscular bones poses challenges for consumption and processing, thereby limiting the development of the cyprinid farming industry. Previous studies have found that the Wenzhou Lipped Barb(Acrossocheilus wenchowensis) has softer intermuscular bones and high nutritional value, making it highly popular among consumers. This study used A. wenchowensis as the experimental subject to observe and quantify the morphology, number, and distribution of intermuscular bones during developmental stages, including larval,juvenile, one-year-old, two-year-old, and three-year-old fish. The results showed that intermuscular bones began to appear in A. wenchowensis at 21 days. During their development, neural arch bones and haemal arch bones first appeared in the caudal region, with ossification proceeding sequentially from the tail toward the anterior. Throughout this complex ossification process, the initial form of the intermuscular bones was "I"-shaped,which later differentiated into "Y"-shaped and more complex structures. No significant differences were found in the number of intermuscular bones among individuals of different ages(1 to 3 years old) or different size classes(74.21-146.72 mm).
